To that end IACC has adopted a strategy to support education. The strategy focuses on human capital development and bridging the skills gap between the job market and education

Education First is an initiative that IACC Holdings is proudly sponsoring.

It is a nation-wide initiative covering hundreds of schools. The initiative evaluates public schools to assess their needs and delivers training for teachers, principals and schools heads. The initiative aims at enhancing the productivity and efficiency of public schools’ staff. So far over 5,500 teachers have been trained.

IACC Holding’s support of the initiative stems from its belief that children are the future; building a well-rounded, educated human being is an enormous task that needs well equipped teachers.
